Modern Kosa Company Limited is the construction wing of the KOSA family of companies. We are an A3 B3 certified company with the Ministry of Roads and Transport - Ghana. Pre-qualified for the building of Bailey Bridges, Assembly Bridges, Dutch Bridges, Roads etc., Modern Kosa also has D2 K2 certificates from the Ministry of Housing and Water Resources.
MKCL is pre-qualified for the construction of dams under the Ghana Irrigation Authority. We have an ultramodern Quarry that supplies quarry products at reasonable prices. With our qualified and experienced personnel, we construct affordable houses for individuals and institutions.
We have the latest facilities in terms of machinery and personnel to undertake any construction works in our certified categories.
